As much as writers tend to dislike talking about themselves, this talk is necessary in the field of freelance writing. So I will tell you a bit about myself here, and then please browse the writing samples you can find on this site. I would prefer to let my writing speak for me anyway. [If at any point you decide to CONTACT ME for potential work, please do!]
I love writing. I have loved the act and art of writing since at least the 8th grade, if not earlier. I knew back then that my ideal was to grow up and write for my living. And now, thanks to some wonderful and unexpected turns, I get do to more writing than I have ever been able to do on a daily basis. I write articles and blog posts and content (web and print) for my day job; I write and deliver lectures; I write creative fiction and non-fiction in my free time. I have to consider myself quite lucky that I get to do what I love.
I bring this love for the written word, combined with my experience, education, and voracity for learning, into every writing project I approach. If you are interested in having me work on a project for you or your company, please use the contact form and we can discuss the details. I am eager for work, love variety, and am easy to work with.
